The company is located at GIDC Naroda, a fully-fledged industrial area in Ahmedabad, India. The Company is well connected to all parts of the world by satellite connections for communication, and linked to all parts of India by road rail and air.

Manufacturing & R & D

Graded CI Castings are the preferred material for processing and conveying chemicals and light hydrocarbons. However breakdowns and leakages become expected hazards that eat their way into time and swallow profits of customers. These pitfalls occur when manufacturing standards are not adhered to, beginning with sub-standard grades of metal used, heedlessness in maintaining close tolerances, and slack inspection routine.

Our policy is to manufacture castings that meet the requirements of our customers and ensure their satisfaction. To facilitate the same we follow a detail oriented manufacturing apporach.

Our manufacturing process can be broadly divided into five steps as illustrated in the flowchart given below:

Understanding Customer requirents:

We go to great lengths to understand the requirements of our client with respect to metal composition and grain structure, machinability, dimensional accuracies and surface finish. The blueprints and CAD designs are studied in great detail. Along with managerial input, we also strive for floor labor involvement.

Planning, Scheduling and Pouring:

As soon as the dimensions and materials to be used, including the pricing, are agreed upon, engineers draw up the schedule of work based on the raw material purchased. Right from drawing to pattern to mould to casting, every step is closely monitored by the respective technicians to ascertain that the dimensions and closeness of tolerance are adhered.

Testing:

Tests are conducted to check on the grade of the material, hardness, grain structure and machinability.

Follow up:

Prompt follow up to customor requiremnts to ensure customer satisfaction.
